Shipping (Local Delivery) Information

At Urban Flowers Chicago, we offer Hand Delivery throughout Greater Chicago. Orders must be placed before 12:PM for Same Day delivery in the Loop. Outside of Loop and surrounding suburbs Orders must be placed by 8:AM for Same Day Delivery! 

Florist Hand Delivery Ranges from $17.50 -$50.00 depending on delivery address. Delivery window is between 9am and 6pm. Business Addresses will be delivered no later than 4pm and Home Addresses will be delivered no later than 6pm.

Note: Some buildings are set up with Messenger Centers and that makes us unable to deliver directly to the recipient. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any delayed on delivery. We will do everything in our power to have the Messenger Center delivery your flowers ASAP.

Important Delivery Notice

We truly value your business and appreciate the trust you place in us. Due to security and access restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

• Hospitals

• Federal buildings

• Courthouses

• Government offices

Orders placed with delivery addresses at these locations will be automatically canceled. We kindly ask that you choose an alternative delivery location when placing your order.
